I have a home thats 110+ years old with a crumbling foundation and small cellar. My wife and I had always wanted a larger basement so we had Premier add a 1250 sq ft. basement under our existing house with some additional room editions. We now have a full dry basement with 9 foot ceilings, all poured concrete walls. Wonderful work!

After discovering a leak in a basement wall, I was expecting the worst. Steve inspected and offered DIY idea. He was extremely professional, and answered my questions. If the suggestions don't work, I will definitely call Premier.

I highly recommend Premier Foundation Solutions. They were able to assess our problem quickly and fix it the next day for a reasonable cost. We have used them again to fix another problem. 5 stars.

They did a great job repairing my foundation issues. When making repairs, they also found my sewage line collapsed and they repaired that quickly as well. I’m very happy with their services.

Found to be very up front with repairs. Was satisfied with the promptness and timeliness of work done. Was very friendly and easy to work with.

I highly recommend PFS. Let me count the ways: 1) Steve came to my house for a free estimate the same day that I requested one. 2) Compared to the other two estimates, Steves was the lowest. 3) They are happy to work with you to make it a pleasant experience. Before starting the work, they put up a temporary fence for my dogs. 4)They show up when they say they are. I haven't found that to be true with most contractors. 5) I needed brick work and Steve knew a retired brick layer who came right out the same day he was called. 6) The brick layer, Mark, as well as Steve's crew are top notch craftsmen. They didn't try to rush the job. They take pride in their work and it shows! 7) I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future to utilize their skills. Thank you, Premier Foundation Solutions!
